About Me

I know that parenthood is deeply personal and looks different for everyone. From trying to get pregnant, seeing a positive test, throughout the pregnancy, birth and postpartum. Every step is just as unique and important as the next. I want to help you be confident in your abilities and make the transition into every new chapter of life a little easier.

Mother to 4 children, gestational carrier of 2 surrogate babies, and survivor of 4 rounds of IVF! Lover of my high school sweetheart and military veteran for over 20 years.

When I’m not working, I’m reading and writing. Maybe sticking my hands in the dirt and desperately trying to not kill my garden and house plants. I recently graduated with a BS in Cultural Anthropology, because understanding people, their cultures, and their dreams matters to me. As an ex-chef I have a love/hate relationship with food, but at the end of the day, I want to taste everything and cook everything! Originally from upstate New York, my family and I have have been all over the world following my husband and his military dreams. He’s now retired, and we’ve landed in DFW where we feel so at home!

My promise as a doula is to always provide unbiased, understanding care to each of my clients. I’m honored to serve families of all kinds, in different stages of their journeys. I’m proud to always be continuing my education whether through a yearly Implicit bias and Birth Justice training, Trauma Informed care training, or anything else I can get my hands on.

Serving Mid-cities currently! Hurst, Euless, Bedford, Arlington, Grand Prairie, Irving, Grapevine, Colleyville & North Richland Hills.
